• Full refund if the report has not been started yet.
• Full refund if we cannot produce a report for your submitted website/service area.
• Full refund for duplicate payments.
• After a report has been delivered, refunds are considered only for clear delivery failure or duplicate payment.

To request a refund, email alex@tryvisibilityagent.com with your payment receipt and business name.
